Heartwood Tree Care LLC – Tree Service, Tree Care, Tree Removal, Pruning, Tree Planting Caldwell, Nampa, Boise, Kuna, Eagle

Complete tree removal

Tree removal. Yes, it needs to happen sometimes. We love trees for so many reasons, even beyond utilitarian value, but sometimes the liabilities of an individual tree may outweigh its assets on every count. If you are facing a dilemma about whether to remove your tree or preserve it, don’t hesitate to get our perspective. Our default answer is not going to be “If in doubt, cut it out,” but we will try to impartially present the pros and cons of either choice. If removal becomes the chosen course of action, we’re ready for you. We have the equipment and experience to safely and efficiently remove any size tree, including hazardous outlaws.

Removal typically entails the most dangerous aspects of tree care; a good reason to hire a professional! We operate with respect for, and a keen understanding of the physical forces we deal with in tree removals.

Cutting down a tree can be quite simple in some situations, but please don’t underestimate danger or overestimate your buddies. If you want to save money and do it yourself, consider hiring a professional for at least the dangerous part of getting it on the ground. If you are ambitious and not afraid of tackling recalcitrant brush piles, or even massive trunk wood, good for you! We are happy to share with you the joy of
manual labor and spare you the extra expense.

If you prefer to let us take care of everything from start to finish, no problem. We are happy to offer complete cleanup, stump removal, and even re-planting.

Are we adequately licensed and insured for this type of work? Good question. No licensing is required by the state of Idaho to contract tree service work, so there is plenty of opportunity for unqualified contractors to perform tree pruning or removals.
There is, however, city-level licensing required by Boise, Nampa, and Caldwell for any work performed on trees growing in the cities’ right of ways. This city licensing further requires that the contractor maintain certification with the ISA (international society of arboriculture) as well as liability and worker’s compensation insurance. Yes, we do maintain our license with the cities of Boise, Nampa, and Caldwell annually. While this licensing offers no guarantee of integrity or service quality, expect it as a basic qualification for any company you choose to hire for tree service. Though we would be morally opposed to holding anyone else responsible for any accident or injury that may occur on the job, be assured that we do carry commercial liability and worker’s compensation insurance.
